Has PSA stopped sending e-mails?

I recently had a sub pop and didn't receive notification - the box just arrived. While it was a very nice surprise (and had some nice grades), I thought it was odd. Worse however was the fact that I sent in another sub about 2 weeks ago but have not received the "sub logged" note. Finally last night I dug up my copy of the sub to get the number, and lo and behold, it was logged on 8-2. Does anyone know if policy has changed regarding e-mails? Thanks.

Same thing happened to me.

USPS tracking confirmed that my package arrived at PSA on July 31, but I did not receive (nor have I received) any confirmation of receipt from PSA. My order was logged in on August 3 though, and since it was five-day registry special it should pop today right......

No they havent. But the must be having issuses. I got two email saying grades were up and two saying the order has shipped.

I got the same yesterday...two emails the same day confirming my order had been received! AND, I have a question about that. The email says order was received 8/7/06 BUT I just got in the mail yesterday my return receipt showing it arrived and was signd for on 8/3/06. Do I have a leg to stand on and dispute arrival time. They arrived on a Thursday but are showing arrival the following Tuesday!!!!!

I am hardly an expert on this, but according to some other board members it can sometimes take a week from the time PSA receive the order to the time PSA log it into their system. This seems ridiculous to me. I mean, do they receive so many orders that they cannot have a couple of people processing the orders within, say, 24 hours of receiving them?

I too got 2 Recieved Emails on the same sub yesterday 8/8/06

I belong in the NO EMAIL category.

I sent in 2 submissions recently and NEVER got even one email. No email to say recieved, or to say the grades are in, or to say shipped, etc. Nothing.

On my last submission, I got the Recieved email but not the Grades Posted email. And yes, it took 6 days to enter it into the system (received on a Friday, logged the following Thursday).

My grades popped today and now show as shipped. I didn't get either of those emails again or the rec'd email for this package or the package that arrived there today. Maybe their email is broken?

I'm glad to see I wasn't the only one who's in the "Didn't receive the grades popped" email. I just hadn't checked on them in a couple weeks and there they were. I also didn't get the shipping email either. Must be due to the National and catching up from the $5 specials.
