July 14 is actually the issue where they increased to $3000/$3300. There has been no change since then. Before that, had been at $2,900/$3,200 for awhile...at least since first of the year. Definately the key to a MS63 set.
Really depends on the TYPE of marks on this one---You have to watch out for long album slide marks, verses the odd tick or two. Also I remember a big difference in quoted sale price between an NGC 63 and a PCGS 63 by the same dealer last year-----In other words, it's an expensive key coin (at the $3000 level or so), and people will really pay top dollar for a true eye appealing PQ original coin that looks as good as a MS64. And they'll pass on an unattractive one that's just in a good holder, but under bid price.
