It doesn't appear to be a Coin World holder, but it might be another type of non-sealed holder.
I'm not sure if this is a cast counterfeit, an altered date, an added mintmark, or some combination of the three.
well at least the seller wasnt flagrant, and only charged $65.....he/she could've gambled for much more than that
