No E-mail received

I sent a package into PSA about 10 days ago. The usps website says that the package was received last Monday (a week ago) I didn't make a copy of my sub forms so I don't have the sub #'s, but I still haven't received an e-mail from PSA saying that the item was received. Is this something I should be concerned about, or has this happened to others. Thanks in advance.

They received my sub and never sent an email. I had to contact them to get the sub # because I did the same thing and forgot to write it down.

With my last sub, I got the email confirming receipt, but not the email for my grades being posted.

I haven't gotten either on either of my last two submissions.

i sure hope they haven't dropped the ball and stopped these emails. This was a nice surpirse when they started it.....but will be a big disappointment if it has stopped...

huh....that is strange....i just received my cards back yesterday, and now realize that i never got an e-mail w/the tracking number, as in the past...wuzzup widdat PSA??

I didn't get the grades posted or shipped email either this time around. i would call customer service and get your sub number
