Heritage...Thoughts...

I think Heritage and others provide a valauble sevice to our hobby. I sincerely believe that Heritage and all involved would benefit from the input of this board.
We are the customers and major Co's. spend time, money and effort to find out how to please us.
We all do business with those that have what we want.
what are your suggestions as to how those who strive to meet our needs could improve?

I do agree Heritage does many things right. I should not have mentioned a specefic Co.
What I meant to ask, and did a bad job; was how can all who are involved in selling coins better serve their customers?
What do we need to tell all who would sell us coins?
