After that trade with Washington (traded away Lopez and Kearns), I heard a rumor that the GM was going to make the following deal: Adam Dunn and Ken Griffey Jr. to the Phillies for Arthur Rhodes, Rick White, and a relief pitcher to be named later ... Because you can never have enough relief pitching

Harang has been the only consistent starter they've had since the break, and even he can have an implosion here and there. Add in Milton who has always been 'homer off me happy', and Arroyo who the NL figured out and they need all the help they can get. Throwing 4-5 relievers out there a night might just do the trick.
