Is this a 1878 VAM-220 as indicated on the ANACS holder?

I was looking at this Teletrade auction Auction Link and this coin looks like a VAM-203 instead of VAM-220. Am I missing something or does the VAM-220 also have a "Short Leaf"?

The tip of the wheat leaf has a hit on it, making it look a little shorter, even though it's not. VAM 220 has the lower left serif of the R tripled, which this one appears to have if I blow up the DjVu version of the picture. As for the EF45 grade, that's a different story.
