    a psa 1 with a qualifier. so doe this make it a -1 on the registry? will your set value actually decrease by adding this card? image

    It says "I think I'll turn this unqualified 1 into an MK." What foresight.

    I cant make out the word with the line through it but the word under it looks to be "foul"
