Home PCGS Set Registry Forum

I upgrade my Jefferson War Nickel set yesterday...

it has been about 3 weeks since my last upgrade - after that upgrade I was tied for 22nd

I was hoping to get closer to the top 20

I checked where I was after the upgrade .. I am now 24th

there are now 72 sets registered and it looks like I now need 3 upgrades to get into the top 20 image

I'm frustrated too. I may have the only all-MS67 set in existence, yet because I don't play the Full Steps game it only ranks 26th.

PCGS No. Date Denom Grade Pop Pop Higher
    4016 1942-P 5C MS67 86 0
    4017 1942-S 5C MS67 50 0
    4018 1943-P 5C MS67 193 0
    4020 1943-D 5C MS67 109 0
    4021 1943-S 5C MS67 75 0
    4022 1944-P 5C MS67 12 0
    4023 1944-D 5C MS67 59 0
    4024 1944-S 5C MS67 59 0
    4025 1945-P 5C MS67 16 0
    4026 1945-D 5C MS67 98 0
    4027 1945-S 5C MS67 66 1
    When in doubt, don't.
  • It's a fun little set...you two should both be commended for your accomplishment...and having fun!

Dennis, you were alot closer to 30
PCGS must have clensed/purged some sets -> today I am 22 and there are only 66 total

    - I still have only seen 1 PCGS MS67 in person, hope to have some in a year

the prices are getting higher and after awhile I may be in the same situation as you were with your Morgan collection

JHF says MS67's are easily found and even 68's are occasionally available

I guess it depends on how much money you have and who you have looking for youimage

"Things are great up at the farm, eh?"

Actually, this is not a good time to own dairy cows... unless losing money every minute of the day is a good thing?
