1975 rack cello packs?

Just noticed these "rack cellos" that seller says came out of a 1975 Topps rack pack, but I've never seen a 1975 rack pack with individually wrapped cellos with gum inside?? I'm wary that these are another reincarnation of those "grocery" cellos that have been floating around, but wasn't completely sure. Don't think they came out of rack packs and was wondering if any other collectors had ever heard of racks with these packs inside?

I know that 12-card grovery cellos were enclosed in Topps rack packs as far back as 1981, but I've never seen a rack from the 1970s with individually wrapped grocery cellos inside the rack. I'd think that if the grocery cellos themselves were available after all this time, that you'd see at least a full rack or two that hasn't been "split up". I'm quite sure that no rack packs from 1975 included individually wrapped cellos with gum inside, but I'm wondering if any of these loose grocery cellos are at all legit, or of they are in the same category as those other early 70s "grocery" cellos?
