    Thats interesting. Every once in a while I get an email from the seller grapevinehill saying they want payment for something I never bid on.....one of those ebay scams.

    These are impressive. When you handle that volume of items, you run a much greater risk that one or two isolated unreasonable people will imagine some non-existant slight and give you an undeserved neg.
