VINTAGE FOLKS: Who Watches How the George C. Miller's Sell?

My curiosity has overwhelmed me. I just got this back from PSA, and yes, I will list it on ebay at some point, but right now I'm wondering what she might fetch....I haven't a clue. I don't have any guide besides SMR and they aren't listed in there....and lately, I haven't been trusting the guides anyways.

I can't research past ebay auctions because I almost NEVER see uncanceled GCMs available and I don't think I've seen one (uncancelled) lately...if at all. Even the cancelled ones are tough to find. I can't find a point of reference for this one's value. It is a common player, and is most certainly a BEATER of a card.....

That being said, it IS an uncancelled George C. Miller. Deeper still, is Ebay even the right place to sell this puppy when the time comes? thoughts? any direction anyone can point me in?

Congrats on getting it graded. At this condition level I don't think any auction houses would take it, and either Ebay or the Net 54 buy/sell/trade board would be your best bet. Eye appeal wise I think some would rather have a cancelled one without the creasing, but you should still have some takers. Tough issue in any condition.

    Recent sales of GCM's-
Averill HOF (authentic, cut bottom) 129. Ebay
Bartell (punched) 172. Huggins & Scott
    Berger PSA 5 855. Ebay

in general cancelled ones have sold this year at prices ranging from 82. to $225 or so, the higher once being HOFers.
    Realized prices came from vintagecardprices.com
