Is this normal?

Hi, I was just wondering if this was abnormal for a 1958-D wheat penny to have this line down approx. half of the rim. It looks almost like an offcentered die or something. If so, is it worth anything?

I believe the line is rather common. I don't know about the apparent doubling of the 'R' however.

That line is common on many coins and in general does not bring a premium in price. There are at least three types of hub doubling for this yr/mm but I don't have my bood in front of me to check right now, you can check it here. Again these are common for this yr and bring little premium.
