    So you slabbed a Gold Buffalo Proof at NGC and couldn't even get a 70 image

    The W is for West Point -- which is actually in New York state.

    Did you know they minted lincoln cents there in 73-86 ? or "Bicentenial" and Washing Quarters from 77-79 ?
