Access all registry sets

Does PCGS delete every registry set after you send in your set to qualify? My set iwas 79% complete on I only show 6 or 7 sets on the list (1982-present comms). I can still add/edit my set but I do not show a link that access everyone elses standings. However I do show sets that are only 4 and 15% complete. How do I get to all of the comms registry sets? Where is the link? It use to be at the bottom of the page by the Composit link.
