I see that the August special is for 1954 and later. Is there ever hope for pre-1954 specials? It will take forever to get the bulk rate!

I think 53 and older is $10 each (for lower value) if you submit 25 cards, if you don't have 25 ask and maybe one of the guys who submit a lot of older ones can add yours to their next submission?
