What ever happened to the Q&A forum?

yet I don't see David answering squat. I know I askef a question. I also pm'd Carol today to see what happened to it. No response yet.

I kind of had hoped that Ron would have taken over the roll, but seems like no one at PCGS really cares anymore. The only time we see HRH chime in is to defend PCGS. Other than that, they have no comment.

I did see your PM but if you think I have the power to make DH answer questions then I want a raise.

Ron will be answering some going forward but I know everyone is pretty busy right now getting ready for Pre ANA and ANA beginning next week.

I acknowledge that you can't make HRH respond to questions and I certainly know you aren't just sitting online to answer any potential PM's and I didn't mean to imply you didn't respond fast enough. I just wanted to include that I had asked the question.

It's a shame that the Q&A forum has all but disappeared. It was one area that I could go to each week to actually learn something. With all the banter on the US Coin forum and open forum, we used to actually get some answers to good questions here and now it's gone.

The number of questions has decreased substantially in recent months. It's
likely this more than anything causing the slowdown.

...Or perhaps I should say the number of answers has decreased substantiallty.

I have no doubt that David or Ron will pick up the Q & A forum shortly. I know that from time to time I have asked David questions that I thought he could answer and he never did. I imagine others have had the same experience. I have had three or four questions he did answer over the years. I believe many of the questions we ask him could be put out on the customer service homescreen and answered there. A lot of the misinformation about PCGS services are because no one in authority is stating what the policy really is and lots of individuals, both staff and customers are drawing their own conclusions which are often wrong. JMHO. Steve
