Can I call this Uncirculated?

This was in a bunch of other halves I have (as bullion) and I don't know why it didn't get all scratched up. To me it looks pretty good but I'm no expert.

Is this AU Or UNC or ??? I am reading the books on grading but reading and giving a public opinion is a little different.

Appears to be UNC to me. There appears to be mo wear, but only a few contact marks. Probably MS61-63. Its hard to tell from the picture.

Thanks for your opinions. I'd hate to be known as misrepresenting something.
It also makes me feel a little better as I thought it was about the same. Maybe with time I'll be more confident with grading.
