I just got into Virginia Beach and am already on the road at a coin show! Just to introduce myself, I'm John Brush and I joined the David Lawrence team last Thursday July 20th. I previously worked for a very large wholesale firm in southern California buying, selling, and pricing coins. I had gotten to know the guys at David Lawrence at coin shows over the last 3 years and I couldn't have imagined a place where I'd feel more comfortable. And so far those expectations have even been exceeded! My main focus at DLRC will be working on deals in the office, travelling to coin shows, and helping out wherever I can. So, if you're at a major coin show (or a University of Tennessee Football game), you can most likely find me, so stop by and say hello. I'd also love to help you with any questions regarding coins or your collection, so feel free to call me in the office at extension 125 and I'd love to help out.

Please stop pulling coins from the web site inventory and then putting them back later with the "new" icon. Other than that, DLRC is excellent.

I echo the same thing Russ said but I'll go into a bit more detail.

I often see a coin that is truely new on your website and it'll be in a static buy format. After a while it turns into an auction format and has the NEW thing again. Then if it doesn't sell in the auction it re-appears again in static form with the NEW thing yet again. It's not really a huge complaint, especially compared to the complaints I could come up with for other dealers!, but it is a sourse of annoyance I guess you could say. Watching a coin become NEW again a half a dozen times in as many weeks.

Of course from a purely selfish standpoint I think you should focus more on AU Bust Half Dimes



I'll probably think of more crap to complain about down the road but all that being said...DLRC is on my top 5 best dealers list and has been for quite some time.

Welcome to the madness. Hope you enjoy the journey! I live in Virginia Beach and have been to the office to pick up a coin or two. I am a copper collector and scans of copper just don't get it for me. I think prices realized and consignments would grow if a photographer was hired. Just my two cents.
