Plancet Error Value?

Anyone know the possible value of this error?

File size is too big, have to use imageshack.

OOps, now that I think of it, those are "scratches" I think. The coin is in pretty good shape, I'll have to take a look tonight since I'm at work.

I am very new to coin collecting. I can certainly measure the coin, but it'll have to wait until I am off work and can do so
