I can't tell very well from the pictures, but if there are bubbles in the hair then it might be a planchet defenct and not something on the die.

I'm not sure I am seeing the right dots. It might be a planchet flaw as suggested.

Here is that photo again! I'm asking about the metal bubbles your 2nd arrow is pointing to. Is this kind of stuff have any value as an error?

I don't see the bubbles. The line looks like a lamination flaw. A layer of the coin is peeling away.

No significant premium...Just a typical lamination error....


Now, if it was say 12% or more....that would bring a premium!!
