I would say no due to centering, mainly top to bottom and it has a slight tilt. i could be wrong but nice card either way

Centering and a tilt will hold this to an 8 or lower, I think, in a PSA holder. PSA isn't kind to tilts nor the red print mark at the top. Still a nice card, though.
