Is this a coin????

1922 Grendland 2 Kroner
PCGS Definition
COIN:
Metal formed into a disk of standardized weight and stamped with a standard design to enable it to circulate as money authorized by a government body.
I like the detail and design, however, it seems to have been cleaned (Badly??).
It is a "little" expensive for me, BUT..........
What do you thank it will grade??
Anyone know the value??
Thanks for any help.

In Krause it is listed as a token and with a price of $90 in XF (2005 edition). It is made of nickel and looks to be at least AU and I don't think it's been cleaned. Seller has a 7 day return.3Mark
<< <i>A substitute for a coin. These have been issued in the past and are still currently issued in huge quantities. Older ones generally were issued by stores and may not have been accepted at other establishments. The same is true today for most tokens, such as the gaming tokens issued by casinos, these being valid only at that particular establishment (or other casinos affiliated with the same owners). >>
I will watch this one and maybe even make an offer.
Everyone needs a token, right!!!

Cleaned? Maybe. I dunno. I don't think so.
It looks very nice to me.
Some of what you may be attributing to a bad cleaning actually appears to be an impure mix of the alloy, causing that streaky look.
If you can afford it and the price is still within a realistic range when you make up your mind, I say you should go for it. Those are scarce and you need one for your bear collection.
I would not be surprised if somebody else grabs it.
I made an offer. Now lets see what happens.
