I see pretty good ear detail but I can't discern the amout of rub from the scan. I also see a hit on the "C" in CENT and possible rim hit at 9 o'clock...I'd call it XF. Leo

I like it... it is perfect for an album. a choice reddish brown example that is as near uncirculated as one will find. It still has some original color, excellent detail and even if it's not worth getting slabbed, it's a good specimen that most collectors would love to have in their whitman folder.
I'll go on a limb here and say xf45 if you pay to get it graded, At least send 99 more so you can get bulk rate
