A great concept, but I question the capabilities of the purported partner and financing resource. I also suspect Russ and I probably would not be compatable business partners. However, we both are self-proclaimed eggsperts experienced in the field of numismatics in general and AHs in particular.
I imagine HRH would cower at the prospect of such formitatible competition. If confonted by competition from such a dynamic team, he may even consider having PCGS issue a meaningful guaranty of authenticity. This, alone, would make it a worthwhile endeavor.
Wanna give it a go, Russ?

Hey, young lady, please understand that we're here to have some fun and acquire a bit of numismatic knowledge to boot. BTW, I probably was collecting before your parents were born.
I (usually) enjoy your posts!

Well, I certainly hope that the New Mexico parody quarter remains funny !
The first New York spoof quarter I presented as part of a talk I gave to the Denver Coin Club was only funny for about a month.
