    It almost has the shape of a fingerprint...but without the ridges. It doesn't look very natural to me.

    Very tough to tell from those pics but I would say NT...I have a few Ike that are in PCGS and might be similar...

    AT since anyone that knows anything about coins could store a brand new coin minted in 1971 in such a way as to avoid significant toning.

    If NGC graded it than it can't be ATimage

    well, i think it looks kind of cool. i wouldnt pay a premium for it, but its kinda different image
