Would this grade?

Just wondering if you guys think that PCGS would grade this Bust Dollar. If you look at 3:00 you can see a very old scratch.

I think its borderline, but would probably grade. Eventually.

Anything is possible, one day they will the next day they won't. I think the biggest problem might be the gouge or whatever is going thru the eagles shield.

I think it would, being that it has what looks like original coloration. I've seen worse in top tier slabs, and they give these a lot of leeway.

I hope it will grade out. They do give more leeway on coins as this. I just don't know about the gouge at 3 o'clock. Good luck.

That one should grade on the first try.

I see no reason why this coin would not grade. Nice original surfaces! Remember, this coin has had over 200 years to be messed with and it has survived rather well!
