STRIKE !!?? Why not just stop "grading" coins and just put "suggested prices" on em? Hafta submit yearly or more often, but at least they wouldn't consider strike as wear.
I didn't even look at the stike on this since most times it plays no role in the lower grades. In any case I looked at it again and the eagle's right wing tip and Liberty's curls do have the look of rubbing, and not a weak strike. It's not usually the case that field luster looks fool and not too chattered and there is rub on the high pts. I'll stick with 63 but even an AU58 grade could be the case.
Yeah, some of you guessed it... MS63. I'm new to this and can't grade coins very well at all. I was very happy with the grade It made up for the one that came back in a bag.
