Free Web Page Host Sites

Hello All:

I'd like to create a web page to support my collecting adventures.....any suggestions as to which sites are a good choice for the technically challenged?

    Many people seem to use Freewebs.com to host their site and Photobucket.com to host scans of their collection.
    My collection is under construction at 27outs.net

    I am surprised how many people don't use their own ISP. I put mine together using the free space they give me with my account(s).
    Looking for Los Angeles/California/Anaheim Angels in PSA 8 or better
