What a comeback he's made this year! I never thought I would say it but he's worth the money.

    I agree, as I stated in another thread he is a prime canidate for NL comeback player of the year. It seems all he needed is protection behind him, Delgado is doing just that.

    I agree with perkdog. Beltrain is thriving because of the protection he's getting with Wright & Delgado batting behind him. I still think Wright is the MVP on this Mets team, but Beltran will get some votes if he can raise his average over .300. He's not a big bopper or slugger but he can very quietly put up some impressive power numbers.

    WOW, 2 more HRs for Beltran today and 5 more RBI! He may wind up winning the MVP after all if he keeps this torrid pace up. Nice to see the Mets pound the Braves into submission again. Guess those Turner Field ghosts have finally been exorcised! Mets lineup is scary good.

    Pujols will win the mvp. beltran wright and reyes will all get votes which will hurt them.

    But yeah Beltran has been amazing this year so far.

    Man it was awesome at the game last night, i was down there braves fans actually showed up 53,945 people. You can see the mets are way better then the braves this year. just hope we can find another pitcher to make a seriuos run at winning it all!

    Yeah mine too. He has played a large part in my PSA fantasy team going from 11th place less than a month ago with 88 pts to 4th place with 130 pts now.

    I had a chance on him in the 5th round and took Carlos Lee instead, I wish I had passed on Freakin Sheffield in the 3rd round and grabbed him there. I might not be in 5th place had I did image
