Auction wins 68S Double Clip Cent & pricing question

I think I'm going to give up trying to buy silver coins at my local bi-weekly antique auction. They usually sell in $10.00 face bags, and everyone quits at $65-75 except one guy who wins every lot around $80. After I won the lincolns below, I went over and asked him what he does with them. Somehow he found a buyer at $100 per $10 face, so I give up.

Anyhow - It's late and I've been at the American Legion for awhile now, I'll take better pics tomorrow. I won 5 rolls of wheaties to look through, and 5 rolls of UNC? 1968-S cents. All the auctioneer said about the 68-s cents is the previous owner went through a mint bag and saved the "Good Ones". I'll look tomorrow, but the biggest reason I wanted this lot was what I thought I saw through the side of one of the plastic rolls:

I like it! Also, good eye to spot that in the roll. Not real valuable (I'd probably offer $10-15 for it, depending on what I had for the date in my set) but very high on the coolness scale, especially given the history.

Incomplete planchets wanted, especially Lincoln Cents & type coins.

I think it was luck more than good eye image Looking through the plastic holders, the void was fairly presentable, but it was up near the top where you had to undo the cap to see it (was about the 3rd coin in). I just happened to pick the right tube to check.

If that one coin is $10-15 I'm happy - thats more than I paid for all 10 rolls image

I took some close-ups of the clips - 1st two are Obv/Rev of the clip at 1:00 and the 2nd two O/R of the 7:00 clip.

Before I start looking through the BU rolls of 68-S cents, any lincoln experts care to enlighten me on the reality with the PCGS Priceguide? I usually cut it in half and I'm close, but it looks like cutting it by much more in this case may apply. This is what it has:

    68-S RD
    MS63 - $15
    MS64 - $60
    MS65 - $650
    MS66 - $4,000

Most of the eBay history is 68 Proofs, and I don't see any PCGS examples. Some NGC recent sales were around:
    MS65 - $5-12
    MS66 - $10-20

    Thanks
