old acg photo holders

yeah i know i know, ive seen old green pci holders with accuratly graded coins, was wondering if they were at least any better back in those days.

On average I find these to be better than todays stuff, but thats free advice so take it for what its worth.

I have owned a few that were accurately graded. The majority though were ovegraded and some were cleaned.
