Heritage is honorable

I made a statement yesterday that I thought Heritage had switched one of my coins. I was mistaken. The photo which I had of my coin appeared to not match up with the photo Heritage had sent to me. Coin photography is an art onto itself. In a moment of rage I made a post that was inappropriate. Greg Rohan is a man of his word and he addresses the issue immediately. Heritage has recently auctioned off approximately. $50,000 in coins for me through their signature auction and they have been a pleasure to work with (especially KK). To show that I have not lost trust in them I have authorized them to sell this coin for me at the Long Beach auction. My apologies to all.

That type of thing only happens once in a BLUE MOON and Heritage are FAIR TRADERs.
BTW, I think it sucked they pulled the thread and it sets a bad precendent.
You're a stand-up guy. Be careful next time.
<< <i>Heritage is A1 in my book. They ALWAYS make things right. That's why I was not surprised at what may have happened but I already knew the outcome would be favorable.

It's good to see such a quick response from Heritage. I'm a customer again.
