Heritage is honorable

I made a statement yesterday that I thought Heritage had switched one of my coins. I was mistaken. The photo which I had of my coin appeared to not match up with the photo Heritage had sent to me. Coin photography is an art onto itself. In a moment of rage I made a post that was inappropriate. Greg Rohan is a man of his word and he addresses the issue immediately. Heritage has recently auctioned off approximately. $50,000 in coins for me through their signature auction and they have been a pleasure to work with (especially KK). To show that I have not lost trust in them I have authorized them to sell this coin for me at the Long Beach auction. My apologies to all.

Nice gesture on your part and a nicely written apology. Lawyer or not. image

I have had many dealings with Heritage and have always found them to be top notch.

These days I'm trying hard to avoid those moments of rage. I'm too old and will wind up stroking out.

A well stated apology. At least the thread got pulled!

I have been in the situation where I have abandoned a post or email after cooling down a little, not with Heritage but similar parties. It's easy to understand the moments of rage, especially with that kind of money involved, and attendant lapses of rational thought/behavior. Glad all worked out and nobody is hurt. On this forum at least, the readers were not deterred from doing business with Heritage (good for them and you) as most of us have had business relationships with them for some time and respect them. We can all imagine how we would feel (and Greg R too I am sure) if we sent a coin of considerable value and got an image that we were convinced was not the same but a lesser coin. All's well that ends well.

Heritage is A1 in my book. They ALWAYS make things right. That's why I was not surprised at what may have happened but I already knew the outcome would be favorable.

That type of thing only happens once in a BLUE MOON and Heritage are FAIR TRADERs. image

BTW, I think it sucked they pulled the thread and it sets a bad precendent.

Quality1 - If this were a sincere apology, you would have given the thread a title that people might actually click on. "Heritage is Honorable"? Borrr-ring! Skip it. Next!
