Freedom of speech and all that is fine and dandy...BUT.. this is the CU message boards--- we have to follow their rules. We might not agree with them all, in fact some might be a$$ backwards, but it is still their boards. They are allowing us to hang here, kill some time and talk coins.
I will be the first to say I want to express my opinions here, but if I over do it and I get a memo to cool it, I either cool it or leave. I hope I never get asked to tone it down, but if I do- I probably deserve it.

Someone comes to my house, swims in my pool, then talks crap about me- I would drown the bastage -----before I would ask them to leave that isimage
Some coins are just plain "Interesting"

There's a world of difference between dissent and wild anonymous accusations. I'll tell you what. Why don't you contact the CU administrators and volunteer to pay their legal expenses when they get sued for letting crap like that thread stand.

    Russ, NCNE >>

Russ, if the CU forum user agreement does not protect CU from such legal action maybe they should be sued. Any attorney who is half awake could prepare that language.

The disclaimer is already here. Read the bottom of the page and you will see "Collectors Universe, Inc., or any subsidiary or affiliate is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness or validity of any information contained in any messages."

Once again, Russ is full of it!

What a dumbass. So, you 're saying that the disclaimer will prevent CU from getting sued? You're a lawyer?

Nottin' will prevent nobody from gettin' sued--that's not the point. The disclaimer is there for a purpose.

Nothing can prevent a lawsuit, but the disclaimer is certainly there for a purpose.
