does PSA grade 1971 Topps Tattoo's? (baseball)

i know i gave jrdolan a johnny bench a couple years ago, and at that time he submitted it and got it back as "no holder available"..

i still have some i'd like to get slabbed, and i noticed on the pop report that a PSA 8 pete rose has been graded, but no others..

will PSA grade these now?.. i think they came in panels, but the singles were "hand cut" or perforated or something..

I have been wondering the same thing as I recently saw the Rose in the Pop report. I know they grade the 1986 Topps Tattoos as I have one in a holder. The tattoos were in strips with perforated panels and then two images per panel. I would be curious if the Rose is stand alone or part of an entire perforated panel.

As far as the 86's go I have some that I'm waiting for from the $5 special. They are Rose, Perez, and Concepcion in the single format. I almost don't want to think about it in doubles as that will be some new variation that I'll have to submit.

PSA finally graded my 1986 Topps Tattoos after about half a dozen times trying to submit.

I found out from another collector his 1971 Tattoo came back ungraded but his 1986 got graded in the same batch.
