Heritage Auction Galleries offer free online software. You might check out their website.

You can use the "MY COLLECTION" feature of Heritage as long as you register. As for me, I just use MS Excel. Everything is just money out the window instead of money for MORE COINS!!!

I would not recommend Coin manage...............I've update the software 2 times and both times data did not transfer properly, I had to manually reenter all my data and I still find things I need to correct.

I'm using the software but only because I have so much data entered, it would be a big headache to go to new software now. No more updates for me, I'll keep using the 2000 version and I'll recommend not to buy Liberty to anyone else.

Same here. I've sent several emails to their "customer support" and was basically ingnored. When Coinelite finishes their conversion software I may try it, but for now I'll keep using this.

I am a software developer and in the middle of developing one now. If you would like to give it a try I can send it to you? I was going to complete it and ask the board if they would find bugs, what funtions they would like to see and overall rating. Let me know.

Excel works for me. If you do a search someone posted a spreadsheet that automatically downloads the PCGS price lists into excel.

I don't like any of them. I've found it most worth my while to write my own, tailored to my needs, using Microsoft Access. Don't be seduced by software that will let you subscribe to values and automatically appraise your collection. Far too many coins just don't fit into the price guides well enough for this to be effective.

I created something in excel, but it's not very sophisticated. I have a worksheet for each major denomination (for short series, I have one worksheet for all of them) and I have the same basic structure as the PCGS price list found on the site. I do not however track the current prices and have only just started tracking my own buy prices - btw, bad idea to do this mid stream :-)

I basically use it to track what I have and the grades (I differentiate from my grading and those that have been otherwise graded/slabbed). From this I built another sheet that represents my want list, although I didn't automate it such that it was all sync'd up.
