What is graysheet price?

I feel so stupid for asking this but I don't know what graysheet price means? I hear people say I'll sell this item for graysheet price. I am totally lost with that!

What's the "price on the graysheet" for a piece of currency that is obviously circulated and has a pinhole in it?

raw or slabbed? Assuming it's a no-problem coin, and both of you agree it is graded properly, getting it for greysheet Bid price is good. It's like buying at wholesale.
"Bid is the amount that one dealer is willing to pay another dealer to purchase a needed coin; Ask is the price a selling dealer is asking for his coins." Be aware, as DaveG points out, that some categories show only Bid, others show Bid/Ask (and the difference between the two is called the "spread").
When individuals walk in off the street to sell, dealers typically pay 10-20% less than Bid (or "back of bid"). So even if the dealer sells to you at Bid he's still making a little money.

It's nice to be recognized for superior insight when confronted with a "duh" question!
He might get mad at you, but he will realize if he wants to sell you a coin, he can throw his stupid paper out. It amounts to a "GUIDE" that may or may not be a good determining factor in the value of the coin. It is primarily used by DEALERS in transactions with people who are fairly educated in the market. They can trade back and forth without a lot of bickering with such a guide. If a dealer offers you greysheet and you are a novice..... take a loupe and check the coin out with an EAGLE EYE.
If the coin is graded by PCGS , one can usually trust that the grey sheet will be a fair price.
If the coin is graded by NGC, one can expect that the grey sheet will tip in the dealer's favor.
If the coin is raw, you are subject to whatever lies a dealer will tell you so he can dump a less than desireable coin.
None of what I said is fact.... most of it is endless in it's possibilities.
Basically, the greysheet is closer to what the market bears. Of course, better coins are almost NEVER traded using grey sheet pricing. They tend to stand on their own merit.
If I'm wrong, you can bet, I'll be corrected
