Couple of dimes that I found- - Barber, Seated

Here is a couple of dimes I found

The barber was down about 6 inches, hit it with the screwdriver to find it, "nice gash"

the seated liberty was down about 7 inches
didn't use screwdriver as a probe on this one

Both found in Germantown WI.

It's a pity you wounded the Barber, but both look nice. In fact, they hardly look dug.

Both were dug on a hill that people watch fireworks from.

Don't ask me why they would be there, I was wondering that myself

these are not recent finds, approx. 8 years ago

I wasn't suggesting he didn't dig them- I was just saying they were nice looking for dug coins! image

Mister-recently-found-that-1794-half-cent-Millennium, on the other hand... now his finds I wouldn't believe.

...If I hadn't actually seen the guy in action and I didn't know better.

These are great coins. I was a bit confused because I've dug many silvers in Wisc. and none of mine had that sort of toning that yours have. By the way, I hope you didn't get offended by what I said.

    Thanks for posting!
