Found a strange 1969S Jefferson while searching through my change...

Please take a look at the pictures and provide an honest opinion. I really think, based on my extensive analysis, that what you see on the obverse of this coin is the result of the MM die dropping down to punch the coin while it is still in a rotating state or the most likely cause, a broken obv. die that pushed the 19 up and skimmed across the 69 while creating the die break metal deposit between the B and E in LIBERTY when the MM was being punched. Even the E looks very distorted on the coin. Please excuse my ignorance in regards to how Jefferson's were struck back then and I am hopeful that one of the experts can enlighten me on that process. I looked at this coin for several hours under my 10X and 30X loupes and spent another hour looking at it under the stereo microscope at 50 and 100X. I am absolute certain this is not post mint damage however please share your own opinons. Thanks!
