Problem with ebay coin purchase. What would you do?

I bought a 1994-S PCGS PR69DCAM Silver Kennedy Half from a seller on ebay. The Seller shipped me a 1994-S PCGS PR69DCAM Clad Half. I emailed the seller five days in a row with no response. I bought the coin July 9. Finally filed a PayPal claim on July 17. The seller has 10 days to respond and has just two more days. Since the seller apparently doesn't answer emails, I have not been able to get an address to ship the clad coin back to her. If she fails to respond to the PayPal claim, I will automatically receive a refund for the coin I did not receive. But I still need to send back this clad coin which I did not purchase. How would you go about returning a coin received in error if the seller won't answer email and you don't have a shipping address?

Did you try a phone call?

One situation doesn't necessarily have ANY bearing on another. A phone call need not take much of your time, either. Again, if you need an address, though, you should be able to get it through Ebay.
Update: Received telphone number from contact request but not a full address. Just city and state.
