Nevada quarter Error question

I have a Nevada quarter which I think is an ERROR coin. It has a crack across the neck of Washington it also has a large hoof on the horse on the right with a crack between the legs, but there does not seem to be a cud between the legs.
Would this still be an "Error Coin"? I tried to post a photo, but once again I still only have a scan which doesn't do it.
Any suggestions that won't be to expensive. Thank you.

Based on your description, the coin displays a die state, NOT an error coin. Die cracks on coins are common. When the die crack becomes a die break, it becomes less common, and in some series (e.g. Morgan and Peace dollars), is very popular and can sometimes carry a large premium
