Please grade this Standing Lib Qtr, and will it make FB?

I may have paid too much but I want a well struck example for my 7070 and this one is easily full head. The luster looks a bit off but I'll have to wait to see it in hand for sure. Oh and check out the close-up: will it make full breast?

This is a picture of the Type 1 1917 FH SLQ MS63 that is showing a very good strike. The rivets and eagles feathers are showing nice definition on this coin. I really enjoy collecting this series
For reference, here is my example - PCGS MS62FH

It's got a full head but I don't think circ coins can be given that attribute
If it's for an album then don't worry about the grade. As long as you like the coin, that's all that matters.
As far as commercially accepted grade for this coin, I suspect it would BB at PCGS. Hard to tell without the coin in hand, but it looks like it has been cleaned (and not just dipped).

I suspect that your thinking the luster looks impaired and from his pics and that is possible. It is for an album but if it looks dipped out or harshly cleaned in hand then it'll go back. I'll post my own pics when it arrives and see how thay compare.
