VAM regrade submission question

Has anyone sent in a VAM already attributed by PCGS for a regrade? Do you only pay the grading fee for the chosen service level? I wouldn't think you would have to pay the attribution fee again....

No, you don't have to pay the attribution fee again. But, a regrade submission is subject to the same minimum coins requirement as grading, so if you only have one coin you'd need to pony up for express level.

I asked David Hall this specific question many months ago, and he said no, you don't pay the VAM attribution fee again.
