    There are alot of us in this boat. I have one in on 6 June and still waiting. I guess now what I'm thinking of is that is getting closer to the alloted time that they are supposed to be done. What happens if they bust the time on grading?

    I talked to customer service last week asking about turnaround times. They said that, basically, if there's no "guarenteed" turn-around date, don't hold your breath, "it will be a while" considering the mass of last-minute subs they got for the last $5 special.

    Wow!!! And I thought my submission logged in on June 30th and not back yet was bad. Could the delay be because so many submissions were received in anticipation of the Nationals, or is this common? This is the first time my own submission did not come back within 2-8 days.

    Not to continue complaining, but something else I don't like.

    My order logged in on June 8th and my credit card was charged the same day. Now why the hell they doing that? Charge my credit card and then put my sportscards on the back shelf?

    I thought in the real world you actually had to actually perform a service before you could bill someone? Wish I could do that.

    Don't even bother wasting your time asking about your cards. I read these boards every day but seldom post and the more I read, the more I think that PSA has terrible customer service. While some may get great service, there are far too many who don't.

    Must be b/c I am about to turn 30, but I have already forgotten the June/July special. Did it have a turn-around time?

    The turn around time is "when they get to it," unfortunatly.

    Right is right and wrong is wrong and people turning there sub in on 7-10 and getting them posted on 7-20 is wrong when there are others waiting since the beginning of June.

    Just my 2 cents.
