Looks like eBay has stopped deleting old auction listings?

It used to be that ebay would remove listings entirely after around 90 days from the close of the auction. Then for the last year or so, they would just deactivate links in feedback and searches, but listings up to six months old would still come up if you had a direct link. Now it seems they've given up on deleting the old auctions entirely.

I keep a bookmark file full of reference auctions like the one above, it just occurred to me today that I hadn't deleted an inactive listing in ages. So did eBay get lazy or just invest in some cheap storage drives?
