What do you think?
What confused me is that parts of the coins look NT,but other areas just look "wierd",know what I mean? I bought this from a guy who sells a lot of white UNC washies,frankies and it appears that he pulled these from a roll.Perhaps they were just stashed somewhere hot and humid? I'm just wondering if they would slab at NGC (or if I should MS-70 them first

Did you ask the guy you bought them from where they came from?
The obverses look mint set toned to me.
