Is PCGS still bodybagging proof nickels with color? (warning: BLUE coin pictured inside!)

Thinking about sending this nickel in to fill out a 10-coin economy submission. The pictures are a bit dark but the coin itself is a medium blue color familiar to anyone who collects proof nickels from the 1960s. Even the frosted devices have the blue tone. Will PCGS grade the coin at all, and if so will they still give it a CAM or DCAM designation (assuming that it has the frost & fields to deserve it)?

Odds are that this one will grade. It's not the neon color that's getting bodybagged. I know they will cam these, but I haven't seen one that got the DCAM designation.

I just got one back that looks almost identicle to yours...PR67. I have also had others of different color to grade. I was told there is one shade that raises suspicions because of the crap pullled by the "Blue Nickel Factory " out of Houston. Does anybody know who is responsible for pulling this crap?
