What would you do in this situation?

There's currently a new listing on ebay for a 1906-S Philippine peso, this coin is scarce and often quite expensive when found. The problem is that although the seller has 100% feedback from 97 people, all of the items were for literally pennies. When you take that along with the fact that he has had three ID changes in a few years it makes me think that he has been setting all this up for the big score.
His ID's: antique_russe / russian_artifact888 / russian_sexy888 has anybody ever dealt with this guy?

<< <i>Never...NEVER deal with someone located in Russia. >>
Being a Russian myself, a comment like this makes me want to say .....
I completely agree with Cacheman.

He's not in Russia. He's here in the Philippines. I think he's tried to sell this dog before. Usually drives up the price with shill bidders. I would suggest staying away.
"Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you." -Luke 11:9
"Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD: And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might." -Deut. 6:4-5
"For the LORD is our judge, the LORD is our lawgiver, the LORD is our king; He will save us." -Isaiah 33:22
And the shilling begins. Just for fun, watch these two ID's: mags_baby & charlie_robles2004. They've never bought anything of value, yet now, all of the sudden, they want a $1,000+ coin. Both local of course. Don't know how to report to ebay or I would. Seller has tried to dump the same coin before. Of course, nobody here will pay any money for it. President of the Numismatic Association warmed me about this guy a few years ago.

Unfortunately, you haven't yet.

<< <i>BUT WHY!
Why don't deal with someone dealing in Russia? >>
Because it is very easy to take the payment and "disappear" if you're in Russia.
