How you hide location on ebay

Sorry I should wait for ebays response but I want to bid now. I created a new acct. as many other FF collectors see my name and assume its must be valuable and bid. I started a new acct. but how do you hide your city/state with sunny coast or whatever like I see some do? Thanks-

1. On the seller form you can replace your state/zip
with "sun-town" or whatever.

2. In preferences, there may be a way to do it
off of the seller form, but I have not tried it.

On Turbo Lister it is under the shipping section. You can list your zip and ebay fils in the city or you can use custom display. You can still get around this and find people from a certain area by doing a search for items within 10 miles of the zip.

You should get a snipe service. That way, no one knows your bidding until the auctions over.

I thought about that. Afraid to put a crazy amount though as I sometimes pay way too much and it seems easier to do so $10 at a time. Probally my best bet though.

I realized it just says United States and no city when I bid. I guess if I sold it would specify but this will be just a buying acct.

I think sniping is still your best bet. Just don't snipe more than you're willing to pay.

Sniping has been so great for me. I use Bidnapper and purchased the unlimited annual plan after trying out their free snipes.
