Not sure what I found... (Brandon Webb rookie)

Opened up a pack of 2003 eX today as part of one of those discount packages from K-Mart and pulled a Brandon Webb numbered to 88.

Does this thing have any value? Is this kid worth anything, as in, is it worth the time to ship to PSA?

I have no idea what the market value is on this card--as others would say--check "completed items search" on eBay.

I did look at Beckett online checklist to find "book value":
